If you do not know your pet's neck circumference, please measure before placing your order. What you will need is a tape measure or a string and a ruler. Your measurements will vary depending on the type of product you wish to order. For the category of ready-made (stock) products, your measurement should be "loose", meaning that two fingers fit between the tape measure (or string) and your pet's neck. For the category of custom products, your measurement should be "tight", i.e. there should be no gap between the tape measure and your pet's neck. After performing the appropriate measurement, you can find the corresponding size for the accessory of your choice at magnifier us.
Paracord products do not mold and dry quickly, so they are machine washable. For optimal results follow the instructions below:
- We suggest placing the accessories in a mesh bag to preserve the accessory's weave.
- It would be a good idea to soak the accessories in warm water with a mild detergent (e.g. detergents for delicates and woollens) for 2-3 hours.
- Then wash at 30 degrees (and in a program for delicates).
Please note that frequent washing can accelerate the natural wear and tear of the colors!
Biothane is a type of polyester weave covering thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) or polyvinyl chloride (PVC). Its plastic coating offers many advantages compared to other corresponding materials (e.g. leather) such as high durability, resistance to water and fire, easy maintenance and does not retain the smell. Biothane due to its high adaptability has managed to penetrate many sectors of industry. In recent years it has tended to prevail as the dominant material for the manufacture of pet accessories.
Paracord is a thin and light type of rope woven from nylon, with many connected threads, which makes its surface smooth and flat. It was originally used in parachutes during World War II, but later its use was extended to other areas of industrial production, even being used in the Hubble Space Telescope. Despite its thinness, it stands out for its strength and durability, as it can withstand a weight of up to 250kg. Although there are different varieties and types of paracord, we as a store commit that all our accessories are made of 100% nylon, which gives the best possible results.

You can very easily browse the page with our products and after choosing the one you like press "Add to cart". You can then continue shopping or proceed to the "Your Cart" page, where you will see a summary of the selected products. From there you will continue to the "Checkout" page where after a series of options you complete your order!
Of course, you can also send one of our accessories as a gift to your loved ones. All you have to do is select the product you want and then "Add Gift Wrap" on the checkout page. Regarding the determination of the address to which the gift order will be delivered, you should check the option "Ship to a different address" and set the delivery address there. By sending an order as a gift, in addition to the packaging, you can also include a card with a message of your choice. Orders sent as gifts do not come with proof of payment. This is sent to the email address set out in the billing details.
Shipping & Delivery

The cost of shipping your products varies depending on the shipping area and the weight of the products you selected. More specifically, you can find the shipping cost of your order here.
The delivery time depends on the delivery area. The usual delivery time for domestic and European orders is 4-5 working days. For countries outside Europe, the delivery time can reach up to 15 days. Regardless of the delivery area, you can follow the progress of your order through the tracking number it carries.
Product returns
Our store accepts product returns in any case, when it concerns ready (stock) products. Regarding custom-made products, due to their specialization exclusively for the needs of each pet, NO returns of any kind are accepted. An exception is the case in which you receive the product with a manufacturing defect.
In all cases of acceptable returns please follow the following procedure:
- Contact us at info@unicord.gr telling us your order code and a brief description of the problem you are experiencing.
- Then and once we confirm that your return is accepted, send us the product together with the packaging in which you received it as well as the payment receipt.
Return and reshipment costs are borne by you, in cases of size or color failure, and our store in cases of defective product.
