About Unicord
Welcome to Unicord, where pet fashion takes on a whole new meaning! We believe that pet accessories should not only be functional, but should also express style, personality and love. At Unicord, we elevate the concept of a collar from a plain accessory to a piece of jewelry, unique and special, just like your pet.
Each of our products is carefully created using the finest materials, such as paracord – known for its durability (up to 250kg) and its use in parachutes – and waterproof/anti-microbial biothane, ensuring durability and comfort for the most demanding adventures. Our products are built to withstand all weather conditions while maintaining their elegance. Handmade in Greece, Unicord expresses our commitment to support local craftsmanship and sustainable practices.
THE FOUNDER
Unicord was founded in 2021, by Iliana Drakou, a fashion designer of women’s clothing who specializes in haute couture. Iliana decided to combine her love for fashion and dogs to create something unique. She envisioned dog collars not just as plain accessories, but also as elegant, quality jewelry that stands out. Her commitment to detail and sustainable practices ensures that every Unicord product offers style and supports local craftsmanship.
