Product Changes<\/strong><\/p>

As for the changes\u00a0<\/b>of the products, these are accepted<\/strong> when they concern ready (stock) products<\/strong>. For the custom products<\/strong>, due to the specialization of the products exclusively for the needs of your pet, our store\u00a0does not accept<\/strong> any change. Also, changes of discount items are not accepted. Exceptions are the cases in which you will receive the product with a defect.<\/p>

In general, in all cases of acceptable changes, please, after contacting us at info@unicord.gr<\/a><\/strong><\/span>, to<\/span> return the product in the packaging in which you received it and with the proof of payment.
